Shipping in Serbia:
Any order in Serbia can be made as follows:
1. By paying the money on the account given
2. Order by pay-on-delivery
3. By Credit/Debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, American Express, JCB, Solo
4. Other payment methods: Giropay, Sofort, Poli, EPS, Enets, Nordea
The shipping is sent the same day after the order has been accepted, prices are given in euros (EUR) and dollars (USD). The price is formed according to the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day the order is made. Shipping costs are formed according to the accurate pricelist of the Posts of Serbia.
Shipping abroad:
Any order abroad can be made as follows:
1. By Credit/Debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, American Express, JCB, Solo
2. By paying the money on the bank account for foreign currency
3. Sending the money by Western Union
4. Other payment methods: Giropay, Sofort, Poli, EPS, Enets, Nordea
The shipping is sent the same day after the order has been accepted, prices are given in serbian dinars (RSD), euros (EUR) and dollars (USD). Shipping costs are formed according to the accurate pricelist of the Posts of Serbia.
Returns Policy
Return of the order
If the shipping is damaged during transport or any other misunderstanding occurs, we pay the money back to the customer on his request as follows:
1. In Serbia we accept complaints in terms the book or the object has been delivered and we send the money back by post. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
2. We accept complaints abroad in terms the book or the object has been delivered and we send the money back by Western Union. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
